½ lb. grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled
6 cups spinach and lettuce 3 cups sliced strawberries ¼ cup sunflower seeds 2 oz. Parmesan Toss the greens then add ¼ cup of vinegar salad dressing. Arrange the balance of the ingredients on top of your greens.

4 cubed beef steaks
4 sliced garden tomatoes 1 sliced medium sized onion 1 sliced green pepper salt and pepper olive oil spray Heat the oil in a skillet heat up the oil and brown the cube steaks on both sides. Place 3 seared cube steaks in the bottom of the crock pot. Cover layering the veggies. Add the rest of the meat and top with remaining vegetable. Cook on low for 6 hours.
