Foot Odour:

• Foot odour is caused by bacteria that prevail in sweat prone
regions
• The bacterial break down the sweat producing a foul smell

Natural home remedy using Epsom salt and peppermint oil:

Epsom salt that neutralizes odour, cleanses the feet and soothes aching feet. Peppermint essential oil added to it helps make the feet smell nice and fresh and also helps in pain relief

1. Fill about half a tub with water
2. Add to it ½ a bowl of Epsom salt
3. Also add to it 20 drops of pure peppermint essential oil
4. Soak your feet in the tub for about 15 minutes
5. Repeat this everyday

Natural home remedy using baking soda and lemon:

Baking soda acts as a deodorizer and helps to get rid of bacteria and fungi and even softens the feet. Lemon, acts as an astringent, refreshes the feet and helps reduce excessive sweating on the feet which causes odour

1. Fill about ½ a tub with water
2. Add to this 1 cup baking soda powder
3. Then add the juice of one lemon in it
4. Soak the feet in this remedy for 10 minutes every night and
watch the difference

Tips:

• Avoid areas with wounds or cuts while using lemon
• Keep the feet dry & sweat free
• Wash your shoes regularly
• Wear shoes that are open & use socks that are more airy
