The Amazing Health Benefits of Green Tea!

I’m really excited to share one of my favorite health secrets so that you all can begin to benefit from this wonderful, easy and amazing health tip! I’ve been drinking green tea for its wonderful benefits to my health for years now. I also drink other teas such as oolong, wu yi and wu long. I’ve always been a tea lover, mostly iced tea, so I knew that it would be easy for me to switch my black tea for green tea, oolong, wu yi or wu long. Many people who do not appreciate the flavor of green tea may enjoy oolong, wu yi or wu long because the flavor is milder.
