4 Things to Remember Before You Buy Fatloss4idiots!

I have been covering bits and pieces of Fatloss4idiots. Remember that you can lose up to 9 pounds in 11 days if you follow the diet correctly. This is the basic goal of this weight loss plan; however, there are some principles that you should remember before you buy this weight loss program.

Remember that on any diet, you should not fall prey to the idea that just because a product says “low fat” or “fat free” that it is something you should eat. The next time you are at a store, check the food label of a “low fat” product and compare it to the regular product. You will notice a very minor difference in caloric content.

The whole “low-fat” craze is not entirely bad. Yes, the manufacturers take advantage of our obsession with weight loss, but there are good reasons NOT to eat too much fat. A diet high in saturated and trans fat can lead to cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes and even some types of cancer such as breast or prostate cancer. HOWEVER, you can become overweight or obese by eating too much of anything whether it has a lot of fat or not.

What you really want to avoid is making a purchase at the store just because the product says “low-fat.” If you are buying milk, then buy the low fat or fat free milk. However, do not buy a box of cookies just because they are advertised as being “lower in fat than the leading brand.” Guess what? They still have fat AND they still have plenty of sugar and calories.

Secondly, you want to remember that VLCD’s (very low calorie diets) do not work! Fat Loss 4 Idiots is not a very low calorie diet. You eat four times a day each day that you are on the diet. Yes, there are less calories than what you’ve been eating, but that’s a normal course in planning a weight loss diet. You also want to remember that “Low-Carb” diets are not always the best plan because these weight loss plans put too much emphasis on eliminating carb’s and they fail to address other food issues. Carbohydrates are not all bad. Whole grains, fruits and vegetables are essential for weight loss.

The bad types of carbohydrates ARE eliminated in FatLoss4Idiots. Junky carbohydrates are overly processed, full of sugar and fat, AND they lack any sort of nutritional value.
