Many people are endomorphs. They have round, soft bodies and tend to gain weight easily. They store a lot of fat and even if they do build muscle mass, it tends to be covered up by the fat. Traditional programs do not always help them lose enough fat.
The lucky ones are the mesomorphs who have a naturally firm body with an awesome build. These folks benefit from the traditional programs, but Vince’s program can help them enhance their bodies as well.
