Who Is Craig Ballantyne? Is His Fitness Program Any Good?
Tan fat looks better than white fat. True? Perhaps, but if you’re like me, you don’t exactly want the wrinkles and potential for skin cancer that baking in the sun has to offer. Why not lose the weight and the fat and build rock hard muscle? Don’t think you can? I did, and I think you can too with Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training Program and work out advice.

Third, Craig Ballantyne promotes a nutrition program that I, with a degree in clinical nutrition, can agree with! You cannot burn fat and build muscle without proper nutrition. It simply cannot be done!
Craig offers 25 fabulous tips on proper nutrition that are super easy to incorporate in your life. He talks about the importance of offering your body enough in order to build muscle, but he lets you know the importance of consuming nutritionally dense foods that still allow to to burn fat and achieve your weight loss goals.
Listen, there are hundreds of ways to lose weight, and I know plenty of people who do achieve weight loss, but fail to strengthen their bodies. Have I ever mentioned my sister? She’s a lovely gal who is quite thin. She works out like a dog and eats very little to maintain her teeny tiny figure.
Unfortunately, she has very little muscle tone, and she spends a great deal of her time and money at the chiropractor for back and knee problems stemming from strenuous cardio workouts with little or no nutritional support.
