After learning all the great benefits of drinking tea like preventing disease, slowing aging and boosting weight loss efforts, I thought I should try green tea. Tea contains phytochemicals that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capabilities that combat free radicals and the resulting damage. Tea also increases metabolism and aids in decreasing fat. All of this without any calories.

Oolong tea is between green tea and black tea. Its flavor is similar to black tea; however, it still retains most of its nutritional value. This is because it is not oxidized as much as black tea. It is really a great alternative to the grassy taste of green tea and the lack of nutrients in black tea.
