Hello–My name is Caitlin and I’m 36 years old. As the writer for Your Health Reporter’s new blog, I plan to bring you great health information based on my professional experience as a nutritionist as well as my personal experience that allows me to relate to each and every one of you.
I know a lot of women out there from all different walks of life that are looking for ways to lose weight, look great and feel better. Men too are paying more attention to what they see in the mirror these days and trying to take charge of their health.
As a writer for www.yourhealthreporter.com I’m so happy to be here sharing the information I’ve learned about looking and feeling fantastic. It wasn’t long ago that I looked in the mirror and said to myself “Enough!” Age was catching up on me, quickly.
My busy, stressful life had taken its toll on my appearance and I was tired of feeling crummy most of the time. I’d gained weight and knew that unlike in my younger years, it would be harder to shed this time. I knew that I would need help.
The advantage I had was the knowledge that I’m going to be sharing with you through this blog. I have a bachelor’s degree in nutrition (dietetics to be exact) and years of experience in physical fitness. Why then, do you ask, did I end up overweight and unhealthy? Simple. I didn’t take care of myself.
I allowed everything else in my life to take precedence over my health. Also, the knowledge I had wasn’t being put to practical use. In other words, I was kidding myself thinking that I could remain disciplined and focused enough to incorporate every important element of health into my daily routine. It’s just not a realistic expectation.
The fact is that we all need a little help from time to time. I’m going to tell you how so many products have helped me gain a more youthful face and a much better figure. And, the best news of all? My advice will help you do something far more important than look better. You’ll feel better too because your health will be vastly improved. You simply can’t put a price tag on good health.
Some of the things we’ll be chatting about in the weeks to come:
I’m really looking forward to getting to know you all as we launch our new blog here at Your Health Reporter. Remember “The First Wealth is Health!”
Until next time… Cheers!!
